Context: Worked in the capacity of user engagement for Composer (Symphony), a digital platform that supports teachers in developing citizenship education content. 

 

Task: I disseminated surveys, conducted interviews, and reviewed the Jira board in collaboration with the team. I onboarded users (teachers, school and non-profit leaders), to the platform and worked with content providers to engage with the site and build units of study. 

 

Impact: The work led to a public launch of the site for teachers to search and develop units of study from providers across the US and world in SEL, social justice and more.
